That works, even without re-running previewmaker.pl.  Thanks for
catching that; time for the weekend.

Not created.  If I remove my hand-make _image.txt file and run
previewmaker.pl, all of the png icons are removed.  Only after
re-creating the _image.txt file do the icons get created (by
previewmaker.pl).  If I hit the 'random icon' link under the admin page,
_image.txt and *.album_icon.png are removed.  previewmaker.pl does not
re-create these.

All editing is being done under linux, so eol=cr, not cr/lf.  I just had the
file names mixed up apparently..
