[Ids-devel] makefile to install delegates

Hi,
While I was redoing my development environment and testing out
ids-beta-0-83b1 on Redhat Linux 9 I put together a Makefile to install
the delegates. I needed to add IO-String for a delegate. The attached
Makefile would be part of the ids-delegates directory. It assumes that
IO-String-1.02 tar file also exists in ids-delegates. Also attached is a
small patch against index.cgi. I'm currently having problems with the
admin directory (I'm running suexec, so I suspect it's there) so I don't
have workable patches there yet.

Sample usage of the makefile:

make IDS=/path/to/ids		# this makes the perl modules
make IDS=/path/to/ids install	# this installs the perl modules

Feedback wanted. Once I figure out my admin problems I plan to re-submit
the ZIP patch.

Oh, it may be a good idea to also tag the delegates with the same tag of
the main ids tag of which those delegates have been tested against.
