    The much anticipated CVS is up and running.  Now, since I'm always 
paranoid about this, I need some brave souls to do a checkout on it, and 
see if it works.  For those of you who have added patches to your local 
copies, please use the PATCH.SUBMISSION form that's in the root 
directory.  I just whipped that up so I can get stuff flowing.  I'm sure 
I'll adjust or add more stuff to it later.  For now, it'll have to do.

    I have also re-released 0.82 with the fixes and tiny updates.  I 
didn't change the version number because the changes I made don't 
warrant that (typos mainly).

    For those testing it, let me know what's going on please.
