[Ids-devel] Patch for perl 5.8 and zip upload support

Hi all,
Attached are 2 patch files. Zip upload has been added to the admin page.
It prepends the current date and time to the file names contained in the
zip. The module Archive::Zip is required. I was getting some warnings
that seemed related to Carp, so that is commented out. The was also a
prototype warning that I've fixed too. Other fixes were made in order to
get the code to run correctly.

Looking for some feedback.
