[Ids-devel] IDS performance / mod-perl?

Hi,
I'm running IDS on an old P-200 (with plenty of RAM), and it takes a few
seconds to display any IDS page (even though no image manipulation is
being done).  I suspect most of the CPU time is being spent parsing and
processing the perl script.  Has anyone experimented with any techniques
for improveing performance like mod-perl?  I'm not sure how mod-perl
interacts with perl scripts that pull in other .pm files...
