    That's because you don't have tiff compiled into ImageMagick (or you
have an older version of the module).  Look at http://www.imagemagick.org
for more information on the formats, and where to get the current module.
I have no problem with tiff files through ImageMagick (PerlMagick is just
a layer between perl and ImageMagick).

    FYI, this isn't IDS' turf...yet.
