A zip file could contain *anything*. Java and JavaScript are two different things, but I would argue that you don't want to have to make a user _require_ either of them. Plus Netscape JavaScript is different than IE JavaScript and that leads to a lot of problems. As for a uploading zip files, I'm really not too keen on that either. What I've been doing is just tar'ing up my photos, transferring them over to the server and just copying them into the album directories, and it works pretty well for the most part. --Patrick. |
