Ok, I figured out the admin directory problems. Attached is a shell
script to set proper directory permissions for suexec usage and diffs
against admin/index.cgi and preferences/index.cgi (patch was created
from the admin directory).
Please test out. Ashley asked for a README explaining installation of
CPAN modules in a non /usr location. I will submit that sometime soon.
On another note, does anyone else get these warnings? Commenting out the
use Carp line seems to resolve the warnings. My patch doesn't include
that change.
