Use EXIF captions instead of maintaining a separate IDS
dataset for captions. Use EXIF title instead of file
name. Also please use the EXIF date instead of the
file modification date.

Image::Info doesn't extract comments correctly.
Image::IPTCInfo was suggested as an alternate/additional
metadata source.
Note that IDS does correctly use the EXIF date. I was
mistaken about that when I submitted the original RFE.
