#14 Compile module menu option

It would be very helpful to have a "compile module"
selection in the menu along with "import module" and
"check module" menu selection. This way people such as
myself who are frequent compilers and use the compiler
to iron out errors and problems in the code don't have
to run the script to find the errors. This would be
especially helpful in cases where a script makes system
changes that can only be run once and in order to
continue correcting the script after finding an error,
I wouldn't have to restart IDLE and begin anew. I
could just re-compile the script.
