#10 Improve keyboard navigation

Just a couple of simple requests:

1) The HOME key should toggle between taking you to the
start of a line (pos 0) and the first non-whitespace
character on a line. This is how Visual Studio works,
and it's very handy.

2) Along the same lines, if your cursor is in the
indented whitespace area on a code line, hitting
<CTRL>-<RIGHT ARROW> should take you to the _first_
word on the line. Right now, it takes you to the second
word, which is not intuitive.
