Not sure why but as soon as i open a browser and i have tried 4 different browsers the player just complains as the post heading describes. i can have a browser open and play tunes through the aux channel using mplayer or xmms or anything i want really with no problems but the idjc player is not happy. would love to figure this one out as i am missing out on may of the cool features of the idjc player. to use the player i just need to shut down the browser but my show goes better when i can keep in touch with the chat box on the channel server. i am running idjc 0.8.9 on slackware 14 and am thinking of rolling back a version but i think i was having an issue or two with that also concerning loosing mic and aux channels on the end of a play list but that would be minor. any ideas what may be happening here. using another distro is out of the question. love my slack set up. thanks in advance. jimmy..
