I thought I might mention the new loudgain tool, a ReplayGain 2.0 EBU R128/BS.1770 loudness scanner and tagger.
Since issue #100 is still open (IDJC not accepting ID3v2 uppercase REPLAYGAIN_* tags), I made loudgain generate lowercase tags for MP3’s ID3v2, although the RG 2.0 spec says 'uppercase'.
loudgain can act as an (almost) mp3gain drop-in replacement, but also do a lot more. I’d love you to test it out in conjunction with IDJC and give me some feedback, just in case I messed something up.
Note: Don’t try the '-k' (clip prevention)—I know it’s still broken but I’ll fix it enevntually.
