#1 Foreign Key constraint fails

I have been trying to run IDIS so that I could keep up with the equipment in one of our colos and I am running in to some issues. I have installed apache2, php4 and Mysql 4.1.22. Everything seems to run except when I try to create IP interfaces for equipment. I get the following error. Cannot update or add a child row; a foreign key constraint fails. Could you possibly she some light on how I might correct this issue?
