#9 Better organization of custom food/meals

- Grouping as in the food DB.
Custom Food:
- Sort A-Z, Z-A. Favourites (like Gmail, click on icon within Custom Food or Food Database to toggle it to yellow and make it a favourite)
- A new Tab, Favourites to list al Favourites from Custom Food and Food Database
Custom Meals:
- sort A-Z-Z-A from all columns: Meal name, Carb, Prot, Fat, Cal.
