Added admin section

we added the files for admin section we have not provided Db tables ect.. as yet so you prob wont be able to get a working demo going if your interested in seeing a working demo please contact us here.

this is just a short post to update you on the the files we added. We are still new to sourceforge i n fact this is the first project we have created and it really shows. But as i learn my way i become more confident and excited about the website and this project.
