#4 The program made my mp3's unplayable

I used this to fix the tags on about 133 mp3 books I had. When I went to move the books and/or play them it kept saying the file was in use and I could not do anything to them. Also all the tags had been whiped from the books when I went to look. I ended up having to delete the books and start over. Not a fun job as it took me many days to get them to mp3 to start with.
