#3 Launch timeout

Right now there are some situations where iDesk user
can launch program more than one time by mistake (like
double click when single click is set, bad mouse
button, nervous newble user and so on). Sometimes this
can have very annoying results. Is it possible to add
configurable timeout (about 1-1.5> seconds by default)
after successful launch, before new launch is allowed.
