#10 3g not working

I can't get work the phone in 3g mode, when is active i can't connect internet, send or receive sms. When i active "use only 2g networks" the phone work, i don't get this problem with gingerman v6, but when i installed gingerman v6.1 i get it, and the problem remain also when i install other rom! please help me! and sorry for bad english
