#6 Core's architecture re-design

Re-design and implement a new architecture that clearly de-couples provisioning request's reception logic, provisioning request's processing and provisioning request's transmission to provisioning service targets.
The idea is to have a request reception phase, request processing phase and a request transmission phase. Each phase can include at least one step. Thus, different libraries can be hooked-up in each step.
This will make the system more configurable and robust, supporting several request reception and request transmission protocols.
A first draft of the architecture can be seen in the attached file.
