For each of the datasets for which Bio2RDF offers a namespace, there should also be a resource that can respond to and be monitored for uptime. e.g bio2rdf associated data collections http://www.ebi.ac.uk/miriam/main/search?query=bio2rdf ; no resource for chembl: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/miriam/main/collections/MIR:00000084 , and others.
