the regex for SGD doesn't accommodate the S\d+ identifiers

and hence there is some problem in the rdf rendering

Thanks for the feedback. This is actually not an issue with the regex, which I have verified:
http://identifiers.org/sgd/S000006169 (would give an error).
This is a bug on our side due to the .rdf suffix, which should give registry info for an entry. It seems to be interpreting the format request (.rdf) as part of the identifier, which it was not doing until very recently. We believe this to be related to some migrations/framework etc that have taken place here, and are looking into this.
