As can be seen in the automatic email, something went wrong:

A data collection in the curation pipeline has been published:

Data collection: Orphanet Rare Disease Ontology (MIR:00900717)
An error occurred during the publication process!
Please check the state of the database...

The database had not been fully updated: the table 'cura_material' did not record the published state and new collection identifier; and the table 'mir_uri' did not record any URI for this collection (which caused a display issue, as the namespace could not be determined), while 'cura_uri' did have the info.
