#1 Template Files Improvements
Please improve the File Templates:
- add more file template types for the user to to choose from. See NBPhp plug-in for example:

(the templates there are very good, so could be simply used in Idea-php too).
- group all PHP related tempaltes in a single menu entry, (similar like the IntelliJ Stripes plug-in). Right now they're mixed with other java items in the "new" menu.
