Currently, if an alert on the server has been viewed,
there is no way to tell that it has been viewed and dealt
with. We need a way to allow the server to mark alerts
as reviewed so that you won't have two people working
on resolving the same alert and thus duplicating each
others work. There are two possible ways to do this -

1. Do it automatically when the alert details panel is
pulled up on an alert
2. Do it manually when the user flags the alert as
reviewed.

Right now I'm leaning towards having the user do it
manually because there may be situations (i.e. if
someone is for whatever reason viewing that alert but not
overly concerned with that alert, then a security user
could misinterpret the alert as being reviewed when in
fact someone just opened it but didn't review it) where
they don't want it marked as read. The manual method
forces the user to be more deliberate before marking an
alert as reviewed.
