needed to id3v2.cpp)

I tried to apply this myself, and it didn't work as it was
stripping off the CR's on the dsp/dsw files. Greg, be sure
you add a binary flag to those files when you cvs add them.
Something like

cvs add -kb id3v2.dsp id3v2.dsw

And close this patch when you are done.
