There are no plans to do that. As a work around, you could have ICU manage one of the data items, and=20 your application can manage the other one. You would have to pass in the=20 locale to ICU for the one that the application manages. There isn't=20 really a way for ICU to know how where the data came from, nor where the=20 data will be going. ICU4J and ICU4C don't really have any UI components,=20 unlike the .NET framework.
