#15 quick button for enabling/disabling sounds

Hello,

it would be great to have a quick button in the main
window (contact list) for enabling or disabling
licq-sounds. So that you can have sounds enabled and
disable them quickly while telephoning or watching tv
and you have not to change your status to "DND" without
sounds...
