[icqlib-dev] intro to icqlib usage?

I'm looking for some rudimentary info on using icqlib,
- which functions to call to set it up, and in which order, 
- how the various structs fit in, 
- how to implement the callbacks
-- the basic philosophy of the library --

I tried looking at the early versions of kicq,
but I suppose that icqlib has changed substantially
since the early versions of kicq?

Btw, BeOS is my target platform.
(Icqlib was ported to BeOS by Bill Soudan.)
