[icqlib-dev] wrong password notification

Does it work?  When I use the wrong password and jack the log level
up, I get things like:

983985046 '\003' Unhandled protocol version! Message 7800, Version: 3, Sequence: e5a5, Size: 16

and my WrongPassword method never gets called.
