Great work, Bill! I like it so far. I'll spend some time documenting UDP
and general stuff in icqlib.

Is it doxygen advertisement? ;) Do you have any affiliations with doxygen's

BTW, about main icqlib page. As I already sayd some time ago, I have
icqlib.org domain (as well as kicq.org). Anybody willing to maintain web
icqlib/kicq site(s)?
