[icqlib-dev] Session interface cleanups done...

This should be very close to the final version of the Chat and File
session interfaces.  I'm pretty happy with how they look now - I think
they're clean and consistent.

Michael, let me know if you notice anything that can be improved as you
implement the Python bindings.  I'm especially interested in making the
interface fit well with an OO model, since I'd like to write C++ bindings
that mirror your Python bindings someday.

I'll add better documentation soon.  I wanted to get them in ASAP so the
work can begin on the Python bindings.
