Hey Ben,

A friend of mine was asking about this too.  Seems to be a popular
feature, though I've never used it!

Go ahead and implement it however you want - I'll make my changes after
you code it, if necessary.  You'll probably just want to add a new
callback for it, and provide a new function to send one...

Once the whole event thing goes in, then we'll need a new
ICQ_CONTACT_LIST_EVENT or something like that, but I have no idea when
that will be finished.
