#32 Clicking on icon should top the window

When I click on a program's line in virtuawin's menu (in the section for the current screen), it
brings the window to the top.

It would be really nice if the same thing happened if I click on a window's icon (in the current window's
thumbnail) in iconized.

Otherwise, thanks for a great plugin!
