Release

The ICOD Framework enjoys her first release. The released libraries thus far form the nucleus of the remaining works yet to be uploaded to the CVS. Capabilities offered thus far include Vector, Matrix, and Quaternion mathematics; enhanced colour palettes based on the Resene and X-Windows standards; an Astrophysics (main-sequence stars only at this time) library using Flytrap's Mass-Mass Algorithm for computing Luminosity and Radius; a reliable and high-quality character/text based socket library (serving as the core for the SMTP, POP3, NNTP, DICT, AUTH, QOTD, ECHO, and Finger libraries yet to be uploaded to the CVS); and a high quality set of security-related modules including hashing, hmac, and a Quoted-Printable symetric transform algorithm.
While the documentation may be slim at this time, those who know how to use their Object Browser should be very pleased with what they find no matter if they use Microsoft's Dot Net, Mono's Dot Net, or GNU's Dot Net as this is all released as standard Dot Net Assemblies.
