I'm the Fedora maintainer of libicns. While working on updating the package I noticed that the FSF address contained in the following files is outdated: README, COPYING.

The correct one is written in the following page:
http://www.fsf.org/about/contact/

The GPLv2 license with the correct address is available here:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
