fixes bug in last man standing. added windows installer.

first release candidate is ready for testing. i also set up a pubilc server.

i release the source of the old icm0.98se dlls, which were based on SDK2.2. i don't know if they compile, because i recovered them from a crashed hd.

icm made its first release on sourceforge.
create a new directory in your Half-Life folder calles "icm" and extract all the files form release >a< and dlls-b1 into it ;-)

icm is under "heavy development" (some joke)
the first files will be released soon...
