#35 ickle-gnome: behaviour of applet when message is pending

When an event is pending (i.e. the envelope icon is
shown by the panel applet) left-clicking the applet no
longer works. The message window that has a message
pending should be raised/focused or opened (if it
isn't open yet). Iis this also a window manager thing
if it involves switching workspaces/viewports?
