Summary: Fix headers/footers in the FO customization layer

Initial Comment:
The headers/footers of the iChilli(TM) manual are 
sometimes cropped because the title of a 
chapter/section does not fit into one line.

That means that the table that defines the header/footer 
has to adjusted accordingly to provide a bigger table cell 
for the title of a chapter/section.
