#244 Allow taskbar to span all screens

This patch adds a binary preference called TaskBarSpanScreens.
If set to false (the default), when the taskbar calls getScreenGeometry(), the width of the primary screen will be returned.
If set to true, when the taskbar calls getScreenGeometry(), the full width, not just the width of a single screen, will be returned.
