#24 icewm background wont change for FC6

I am using icewm for FC6 and have chosen to use the
xp-new theme. Once I upgraded to FC6 the theme still
worked, but the background turned into like a metal
background, and it is suppose to be a dark blue. It
still shows up as dark blue on FC4 computers, just not
FC6. Do you have any suggestions?

In icewm 1.2+, themes no longer configure the background. It must be configured separately
in ~/.icewm/preferences.
