#23 ClickToFocus=0 nonfunctional in 1.2.30

I have icewm 1.2.30 (from debian). I have set ClickToFocus=0 in ~/.icewm/preferences, so focus should always be on the window on which the mouse is.

This worked until recently (probably until i upgraded from an earlier version). Now it does not work any longer. I only get focus when i click into the window but not when the mouse is over it. So this is likely a bug. Please fix it, thank you.

Ok, forget about it. I now found the new focus_mode configfile. This change really needs to be better documented. Why isn't FocusMode=0 (custom) as default? I think this would make more sense as this does not seem to break older configurations.

It's likely an example of changed behaviour... see ChangeLog or http://www.icewm.org/changes.php for 1.2.30pre1

2 captnmark: it's hard to make such changes properly migrating existing configuration -- in our case, semi-kiosk setup suddenly got unneeded root menu entry. What's even worse, it's on by default and seems like without any knobs but default.h patching. Was it all worth it?

I can verify that this is a problem. The "focus follows mouse" feature is not working in Debian 1.2.30-1. Downgrading to the stable version in Debian, 1.2.28-4, fixes the problem (as a workaround).
