#12 Right-click on program, add Close->Kill menu+option

When you open the Window List (right click on taskbar,
select 'Window list'), and then right click on any
program open in the list, the very last option is
"Close" menu which offers two options: Close and Kill
Client.

My feature requests is: Duplicate that "Close" menu in
the original menu that appears when you right click on
a program in the taskbar, so that I can kill a program
from there.
