Summary: patch to add acpi support and more

Initial Comment:
This patch adds acpi support to the taskbar battery window 
and also adds better look to this window via size changes.

The patch is a quick hack I did for myself, so you better look 
it over before applying it, but it is working well here on both 
my acpi laptop and my apm old one. I have lookded it over 
for a bit, but as I don't know the icewm code I cannot 
waranty anything.

Just a little comment on the patch I submitted and you
applied, it seems that now the APM stuff is in seconds and
before it was in minutes, I wonder how this will affect old
APM computers, anyway, as for the ACPI patch we need a
little change to convert to seconds and not to minutes like
I was doing before, the change is this:

at aapm.cc where we calculate BATtime it reads like this:
BATtime=BATstatus*60/BATlife;
and it should read like this:
BATtime=BATstatus*3600/BATlife;

This way we end up with hours:minutes on the taskbar, like
we want.

That's the only problem I have seen with the patch so far.
