Can someone walk me through setting up Icewm to paste inside an xterm,
given the constraint of only a single mouse button to play with (silly
I would like to hold down the shift key and press the mouse button and
have the text appear wherever the cursor is -- this would emulate
traditional (I think) X behavior.
Note that in a terminal window, Ctrl-C maps sends a signal to the
running process, so it can't be used as a key combination.
I am sorry to be such a newb, but I really don't understand xmodmap
and the various other configuration things in X.

I think it will be partly solved by this -- then I will be able to go
from xterm to Firefox (or whatever GUI).
I still need to set the keys up to paste into an xterm, and I don't
know how to do that (I would like Shift+Mousebutton).

On a Macbook there is no middle button, so it needs to be emulated.
