icewm does not handle that. But you can use icewm with other programs that do.
You can run icewm as KDE's or Gnome's window manager, for example. You can
also use dfm, ROX-Filer or any of the other desktop manager programs out there.
I personally use ROX-Filer, and like it a lot. It's very light, looks good,
and is quite configurable. See http://rox.sourceforge.net/
