#209 Don't execute ~/.icewm/startup occasionally

It would be nice if one could prevent ~/.icewm/startup
from being interpreted upon icewm startup by pressing a
special key (shift comes to mind, as that's the way
Windows does it and shift normally does not break
anything else).

Pardon me if this has already been requested (or even
implemented), but I couldn't find anything regarding
this matter.

I think you could just start icewm instead of icewm-session
to do the same thing, and alias it in bash/csh/whatever
