#875 Disappearing tray icons

I'm using icewm 1.2.7 on Crux 2.7. The bug appears when Java programs which
minimize themself into the system tray are started and closed more then 2 times.
After this the tray doesn't work any more.
Attached is a small test program. Please perform these steps:

1. Use the script 'traybug.sh' to compile and start the program. Minimize the main
window: the tray icon appears. Click on the tray icon: the main window is
restored. Close it.

2. Repeat step 1. Note that the tray icon has now been replaced by an empty frame.

3. Repeat step 1, or start any other program which uses the system tray: No tray
icon is visible, and no one will ever be visible until the end of this icewm session.

I tried the same program on a gnome system, where it worked correctly. So I think
it's an icewm issue.

This bug is still there, i tried with latest code 1.3.8 and icons disappears after two updates:

• insert icon, remove icon, insert icon, remove icon and next insert is not anymore visible. Need to restart icewmtray and software that is adding the icons.

This is high priority as it has been in icewm for years!

I enabled debugging in icewm and it seems the problem is not in icewmtray itself as it tries to enable icon but nothing happens.
