#1 Add "Mail to" function

Right click on a news, add a "Mail to" menu item.
When user clicks on the "Mail to" menu, the default
mail program will be launched and a new mail created
automaticly. The title of the news will be the mail's
subject. And the link will be filled in the body of
the mail.
