At the current stage of development ICE uses the DevExpress WinForms tools for Visual Studio Evaluation version. No one (including us) is allowed to publish and distribute the current version of ICE.

Currently we are using the Skybound GeckoFX control modded by hindlemail for XULRunner 6.0 (https://bitbucket.org/geckofx/geckofx-6.0/overview)
